We are currently recruiting Registered Nurses to join our supportive and dynamic care team at Havenwood Nursing Home, Ballygunner, Waterford.

Important Eligibility Requirements

Please note, applicants must:

• Be currently living in Ireland
• Be within a commutable distance of Havenwood Nursing Home, Ballygunner, Waterford
• Already hold a valid NMBI (An Bord Altranais) Nursing PIN

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Promote a caring, respectful environment supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to care staff.
• Encourage independence, dignity, and person-centred care practices.
• Act as Nurse in Charge when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Support inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care.

What We’re Looking For

• Third-level qualification in Nursing.
• Registered with An Bord Altranais (NMBI) with an active PIN.
• Relevant certifications (or willingness to complete training) in Infection Control, Manual Handling, CPR, Medication Management, Safeguarding, Dementia Care, and related areas.
• Previous nursing home experience is desirable.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
• Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts as required.
