What You’ll Do

• Deliver person-centred, high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Foster a respectful environment supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to care staff.

• Promote resident independence and dignity.

• Assist with inspections, audits, and maintaining excellence.

• Act as Nurse in Charge when needed for seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Third-level Nursing degree.

• Registered with NMBI (An Bord Altranais) and active PIN.

• Valid (or willingness to obtain) certifications: Infection Control, Manual Handling, CPR, Medication Management, Safeguarding, Dementia Care.

• Passion for exceptional elderly care.

• Nursing home experience preferred.

• Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts.
