What You’ll Do:

• Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents.
• Take a lead role in supervising, mentoring, and guiding the care team.
• Provide support and leadership during inspections and audits.
• Act as Nurse in Charge, managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
• Promote a respectful, supportive environment focused on dignity and resident well-being.
• Foster professional development among colleagues and encourage best practice.
• Support management in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Third-level degree in Nursing.
• Registered with An Bord Altranais with an active PIN.
• Relevant certification in Infection Control, Manual Handling, CPR, Medication Management, Safeguarding, etc. (or willingness to train).
• Previous experience in a nursing home environment (preferred).
• Proven leadership skills and a passion for mentoring others.
• Flexibility to work day, night & weekend shifts.
