What You’ll Do:
Complete new staff statutory checks and submit HR checklist to PIC.
Schedule EDPs/probation reviews; maintain staff files and payroll schedules in TMS.
Process invoices, cash/debtors, standing orders, HSE Fair Deal claims; manage stationery.
Prepare financial reports, aged debtor lists; update boards and submit marketing materials.
Maintain staff/resident/finance records; support HR meetings and Altura admin.
Handle calls - answer/transfer, messages, scheduling; greet visitors/residents.
Promote home to prospects; explain Fair Deal; conduct tours.
Resolve enquiries; liaise with hospitals on beds/admissions.
Distribute post/newsletters; stock folders; edit documents/emails.
Provide remote admin support; plan holiday coverage; attend training; flexible hours.
