What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents.
• Promote a caring and respectful environment that supports the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents.
• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to care staff.
• Encourage independence and dignity in care practices.
• Support inspections and audits to maintain top standards.
• Act as Nurse in Charge when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A third-level degree in Nursing.
• Registered with An Bord Altranais with an active PIN.
• Valid certification (or willingness to train) in Infection Control, Manual Handling, CPR, Medication Management, Safeguarding, Dementia Care, etc.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care.
• Previous nursing home experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work day, night & weekend shifts.
