    What You’ll Do:

    • Oversee the catering team, kitchen, and dining area operations.
    • Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, HACCP, and Infection Control regulations.
    • Prepare and cook high-quality meals with a focus on nutritional needs of older adults.
    • Manage food stocks, ordering, costings, and storage within budget.
    • Design menus with variety, creativity, and person-centred care in mind.
    • Maintain strong, respectful relationships with residents.
    • Support internal and external inspections as required.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Recognised Cook or Chef Qualification or equivalent supervised experience.
    • Valid Food Handling, HACCP, Manual Handling & Safeguarding certifications (training provided if needed).
    • Experience in residential care catering is a strong advantage.
    • Passion for cooking, health, safety, and quality.
