    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide Leadership & Clinical Supervision – Support the nursing team in delivering outstanding care.
    • Promote High Standards – Ensure a person-centred approach in all aspects of resident care.
    • Encourage Independence & Well-Being – Support residents to live fulfilling lives.
    • Support Compliance & Best Practices – Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory adherence.
    • Develop & Mentor Staff – Foster professional growth within your team.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Registered Nurse with An Bord Altranais and an active PIN.
    • Minimum 6 years’ post-registration nursing experience.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a management capacity (desirable).
    • Passionate about gerontology and dementia care.
    • Strong clinical competence and leadership skills.
    • Nursing Home experience desirable.
