    What You’ll Do:

    • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene across the home.
    • Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and mopping.
    • Manage waste disposal and ensure bins are kept hygienic.
    • Adhere to infection control procedures and best practices.
    • Report defects and support the team during audits/inspections.
    • Promote person-centred care and create a cheerful, welcoming environment.
    • Work various days and weekend shifts as required.

    Education & Qualifications:

    • Current and valid Manual Handling, Infection Control, Chemical Awareness, and Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults Certificates (training available if needed).

    Skills & Experience:

    • Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
    • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
    • Previous experience in a care home setting is desirable.
    • Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.
