The Role:
As Executive Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to our CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our central office. You’ll be the first point of contact for key stakeholders and play a key role in maintaining excellent internal and external communications.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Preparing professional documents, presentations, and meeting minutes
Coordinating meetings, events, and communications
Supporting broader organisational processes and office operations
What We’re Looking For
Third-level qualification (Business or Office Administration desirable)
Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach
Bonus: Experience using Photoshop or assisting with marketing materials
