What You’ll Do

Deliver person-centred, high-quality nursing care to residents.
Foster a respectful environment supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Provide clinical supervision and leadership to care staff.
Promote resident independence and dignity.
Assist with inspections, audits, and maintaining excellence.
Act as Nurse in Charge when needed for seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For

Third-level Nursing degree.
Registered with NMBI (An Bord Altranais) and active PIN.
Valid (or willingness to obtain) certifications: Infection Control, Manual Handling, CPR, Medication Management, Safeguarding, Dementia Care.
Passion for exceptional elderly care.
Nursing home experience preferred.
Flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts.
