What You’ll Do:
Provide warm and professional administrative and customer service to staff, residents, and visitors.
Act as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming guests and promoting the home in a caring and friendly manner.
Handle enquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely follow-up.
Support with day-to-day HR administration including filing, employee records, and payroll.
Manage resident accounts, supplier invoices, and other financial duties.
Assist in general administrative tasks like preparing reports, letters, emails, and maintaining documentation systems.
Ensure stock of resident folders and essential admin supplies is maintained.
Look for ways to reduce your carbon footprint as part of our commitment to sustainability.
Attend training sessions to build new skills and refresh your knowledge.
Be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the home.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in office administration, ideally in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using standard office systems.
A strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proven ability to build strong, professional relationships.
A qualification in Business, Administration, or Marketing is desirable—or be working towards one.
