What You’ll Do:

Oversee the catering team, kitchen, and dining area operations.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, HACCP, and Infection Control regulations.
Prepare and cook high-quality meals with a focus on nutritional needs of older adults.
Manage food stocks, ordering, costings, and storage within budget.
Design menus with variety, creativity, and person-centred care in mind.
Maintain strong, respectful relationships with residents.
Support internal and external inspections as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Recognised Cook or Chef Qualification or equivalent supervised experience.
Valid Food Handling, HACCP, Manual Handling & Safeguarding certifications (training provided if needed).
Experience in residential care catering is a strong advantage.
Passion for cooking, health, safety, and quality.
